Cycling Training Camps - Four Day



Four day training camps are a great way to get a concentrated dose of cycling information and experience in a relatively short period of time.  Join AthletiCamps for these extended weekend events that focus on performance testing, skills, riding, nutrition and training-program development.  You will leave these camps with a clear path towards improvement, and will want to come back for more.

An important note about the training rides at our camps. All rides are split into groups based on ability and fitness level so every rider will be with others that complement their training.  Those levels of fitness will determine each rides distance and terrain.  We want to continue to stress that our camps are for ALL levels.  All things we do off the bike, like the performance testing and nutritional consultations are done together as a group.  The riding is separated to assure that each individual will be comfortable during training rides and gaining the most benefit from their experience.

  • January 28th - 31st, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • February 18th - 21st, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • April 22nd - 25th, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • May 12th - 16th, 2010 (Wed- Sunday) -Special Tour of California Camp
  • June 24th - 27th, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • August 19th - 22nd, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • September 16th - 19th, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)
  • October 14th - 17th, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)

Cost: $975 per athlete - Hotel cost not included
Deposit: $350 (non refundable) due 60 days before start of camp

  • Pre-camp interview on the phone with a camp staff member to discuss what specifically you would like to take away from your camp experience
  • Performance testing and bike fitting
  • Coaching
  • Lectures on nutrition by qualified staff (private consultations also available)
  • Training program development
  • Workout demonstrations on the road.
  • Scenic training rides through the foothills of the Northern Sierra Gold Country with support vehicle. All rides are split into groups based on ability and fitness so every rider will be with others that complement their training. Those levels of fitness will also determine each rides distance and terrain.
  • 3 lunches; 3 dinners
