Performance Testing and Endurance Camps

The complete package! AthletiCamps’ six day training camps in the Sierra Gold Country are dedicated to performance testing, bike fitting and developing an endurance base through scenic training rides. It’s your opportunity to focus on your needs and the ingredients necessary to achieve success.
An important note about the training rides at our camps. All rides are split into groups based on ability and fitness level so every rider will be with others that complement their training. Those levels of fitness will determine each rides distance and terrain. We want to continue to stress that our camps are for ALL levels. All things we do off the bike, like the performance testing and nutritional consultations are done together as a group. The riding is separated to assure that each individual will be comfortable during training rides and gaining the most benefit from their experience.

2010 Camp Descriptions and Dates:
- Spring Camp I - March 16th - 21st, 2010 - Begin your 2010 season with the March Testing and Endurance camp in Rocklin, CA. The goal of the camp is to determine your benchmark fitness level through physiological testing and create a season-long training plan based your individual goals.
- Summer Camp - July 20th - 25th, 2010 - Our summer camp is a great time to check your midseason fitness thru Performance Testing and adjust your training program for the rest of the season.

- Pre-camp interview on the phone with a camp staff member to discuss what specifically you would like to take away from your camp experience
- Performance testing and bike fitting
