The winter cycling season is the first step in the preparation of a successful 2020!
Over the years, a common question we hear is "Should I do strength workouts in the gym?". It's a good question. Each athlete is different, but one thing that is for sure, riders need consistent strength workouts on the bike included as part of their programs.
One of the more beneficial ones is a specific workout called HTLC, which stands forHigh Torque; Low Cadence. They are also referred to as "SFR's" or "Aerobic Strength" workouts.
