• Interview – To learn about your cycling and triathlon history and goals, fitness profile, and physical issues.

• Biomechanical assessment – Developed by a physical therapist, provides a cycling-specific analysis of flexibility, functional strength, posture, and positioning.

• Foot analysis – FootBalance individual arch assessment and foot-type analysis.

• Retül Zin measurements – Taken before, during, and after your fitting, creates detailed measurements of your bike with sub-millimeter accuracy.

• Retül 3D fit technology – Our motion-capture technology fits you in three dimensions simultaneously while you’re pedaling.

• Post-fit recommendations – When needed, recommendations for off-bike work to improve your on-bike comfort and performance.

• Comprehensive report – Complete report of 3D and 2D body parameters, 3D bicycle fit coordinates (Zin), and bike-frame geometry

• Follow-up appointment – If needed, free follow-up appointment within one month or 10-15 hours of riding with your new fit.
